Dr. Ijah Thompson

A proactive promoter of living a healthy lifestyle and focusing on well-being as our ‘way of life’. He is the CEO of Essential Medical Services[EMS]. He leads a professional life that has strived for excellence in general medicine and workplace wellness for the past fourteen (14) and six (6)  years respectively. He leads teams of fellow health, wellness and organizational professionals to develop and implement comprehensive evidence-based organizational programs/solutions for the flourishing of all human potential.

A graduate of The University of the West Indies  – Jamaica: completing a MBBS- Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery degree, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at UWI. He is an advocate of having a balanced and rounded Christian life. His hobbies include people development, gardening and jogging. He is a proud married father of two sons and is passionately striving to be a more humble humanitarian.
